Agency Products
Chorus and Telecom have entered into an agreement that will allow Chorus to supply the Local Access and Calling Service in a bundle with UBA and act as an agent for Telecom. Under this Agency agreement Chorus will act as Telecom’s channel for the Telecom Wholesale products listed below.
Agency products will continue to be provided under the service provider’s Telecom Wholesale Services Agreement (WSA), but Chorus will provide the ‘fulfil, assure and bill’ functions and day-to day service delivery and account management support.
