Customer Consultation
Chorus undertakes regular briefing sessions and workshops with it's customers and industry representatives on a range of topics of interest to them. This includes updates to Chorus' progress against key Operational Separation Undertakings, or updated information relating to new products and services. Chorus is committed to keeping our customers updated on our key initiatives so that where required they can be incorporated into our customers own activities.
The Chorus customer consultation programme comprises a number of key activities as follows:
- Periodic (generally quarterly) briefing sessions with our customers and key industry representatives in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
- Ad hoc consultation sessions or workshops related to specific topics (e.g. Sub Loop Pedestal Design).
- Publication of a Product Roadmap (and shortly a combined Product & System Roadmap) outlining our Product and IT Development plans so that these can be incorporated into our customers plans.
Chorus will place relevant information and presentation material on the website for customers to view.

Dialogue Programme
In addition to the above Chorus' will as required participate in the Telecom Dialogue NGN Consultation Programme. This programme is managed by Telecom Wholesale, however in some instances Chorus may use this forum as a means to communicate to customers on certain topics.
