Customer Disputes

Customers should always refer complaints to the service provider (phone or Internet company) who provides them with the telecommunications service which is the subject of the complaint.

  • If your complaint relates to a service you take from Telecom, you need to make your complaint directly with them
  • If you have a complaint about a service from a different service provider, their contact details can be found here if they have signed up to the Customer Complaints Code.
