One network open to all
Anyone can access the Chorus network. So, whichever phone or internet provider you’re with, they can use the one network to deliver their services on the same terms. Not only is it a level playing field, we’re also working every day to make that network more reliable and much faster.
Part of our job is to help your service provider access our network of exchanges, copper lines and – increasingly – the thousands of kilometres of fibre optic cable we’re laying throughout the country. All in all, it’s a huge opportunity for providers to develop new and better telecommunications services for all New Zealanders.
We offer providers a range of service options so they can access our network in the way that works best for them. Terms and conditions for our most critical services have been set after working with the government and industry so that it’s the same for all providers.
