Chorus products
For the first time ever, independent phone and Internet service providers have equal access to Telecom's local access network (the local loop) that was previously available exclusively to Telecom. This creates a huge opportunity to develop new and better telecommunication services for all New Zealanders. more

UCLL
The unbundling of the local loop is the single most important step to creating more choice and competition in New Zealand telecommunications. The UCLL service gives phone and internet service providers a direct link to the Chorus copper local loop. more

Sub-loop
The sub-loop services are the same as UCLL, except they give phone and Internet service providers a direct link to the Chorus copper sub-loop at the distribution cabinet level. more

Sub-loop Extension Service
The Sub-loop Extension Services (SLES) includes access to the local-loop copper between the cabinet and the exchange. more

Standard terms and legal matters
To keep the playing-field level for all competitors, UCLL, UCLL Co-location and UCLL Backhaul are regulated services that must be delivered within terms set out for us by the Government. more
