Network Reporting

As part of our relationship with Government we have a number of reporting and regulatory requirements. We are required to make some reports and documents publicly available. This is to ensure transparency and equivalence.

It's one thing claiming to be open and service-oriented, it's quite another actually proving it.  As one small step along the way, we publish comprehensive monthly reports that detail our service level performance, warts and all.

Performance reports from 2011 and 2010 are available on the website. Archived reports for 2007, 2008, 2009 are available on request.
