Standard terms and legal matters
To keep the playing-field level for all competitors, UCLL, UCLL Co-location and UCLL Backhaul are regulated services that must be delivered within terms set out for us by the Commerce Commission.
All our service levels, products, quality standards and pricing have been determined following consultation between the telecommunications industry (including Chorus and Telecom New Zealand) and the Commerce Commission.
