Fibre installations during COVID-19 lockdowns

With Northland, Auckland and parts of Waikato moving to Alert Level 3, Chorus will resume work on non-essential fibre installs with strict adherence to safe working practices. This includes pre-screening calls, the use of PPE and a requirement for the customer to be in a separate room while the fibre installation is carried out. Installs continue as usual for the rest of the country, also adhering to safe working practices.
