How do I query my invoice if the cable locate done by BeforeUdig was incorrect, resulting in damage to the network?

It’s the responsibility of the contractor or person carrying out work to use safe digging practices to expose located cables before full excavation begins. If you exposed and damaged a cable that was a significant distance from the cable locate, please email billingenquiries@chorus.co.nz with the beforeUdig reference provided on your beforeUdig request and any supporting information like photos and plans and we will investigate this with all involved.
