To report any suspected damage to our network, please fill in our Report Damage form.

Alternatively, if you need to speak to us, call us on 0800 463 896 Option 2 (24 hours a day).

Please note that if your Phone or Broadband service is impacted by the network damage then you must call your Service Provider directly as we will not be able to assist you.
