As part of Tech Week 2020, Chorus hosted two online panel discussions exploring the importance of digital collaboration in a flexible workplace.

An increasing number of businesses have been adopting flexible working models in recent years with proven benefits including, increased productivity and employee retention.

For other businesses, these benefits became more apparent recently as the country was forced to stay home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Having got a taste for working remote, some businesses may discover there is more demand for flexibility and may be keen to equip employees with the tools to work from anywhere.

These not to be missed events dived headfirst into the learnings from the Covid-19 lockdown from both an employer’s and employee’s perspective and explore how to best adopt flexible working models today and in future.
