Gergely Gaspardy

Gergely joined CBRE Research, a Real Estate Market Research group in 2012 and has been managing the company’s occupier focused research programme for the past 8 years. He has regular interactions with large corporates to understand their requirements and provides regular market updates through presentations and reports. In 2018 Gergely led a Pacific-wide coworking research project to better understand corporate appetite for flexible working and he is currently managing an occupier survey focusing on the experience of businesses that are active flexible space users.

Anthony’s worked in technology leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region and currently heads up Enterprise Domains NZ for ANZ bank.
